"Prescription was wrong"
Got my glasses in and... yeah, the prescription was not what I had entered. I checked the confirmation email again just to make sure I wasn’t losing it, and the correct numbers were right there. So I have no idea where it went wrong. Had to reach out to support, then wait all over again. Frustrating, especially since I needed them for driving. Not exactly the first order experience I was hoping for.

"Kinda overpriced for what it is"
I thought it would be better for the price. After checking a few other places, this one just felt more expensive without really offering anything that stood out. Maybe it works for some people, but for me it didnt feel worth the money.

I was a little embarrassed when my glasses got loose and then snapped after just a few weeks. I hadn’t even dropped them much or done anything rough with them, so it felt disappointing. They just don’t seem very durable
"Customer service wasn’t much help"
I reached out to customer service hoping they could sort things out, but they really didn’t help much. I’d say I spent around a while trying to get an answer, and it mostly just felt like I was being passed around without getting anywhere

"Good selection, but the website was frustrating"
I liked the selection of glasses and was excited to place an order, but the website made it difficult. Pages were loading really slowly, the filters weren’t working the way I expected, and checkout felt confusing enough that I ended up giving up after about 20 minutes. I’d still consider coming back because the styles looked nice, but the site definitely needs to be easier to use...

The frames actually feel solid, which is more than I expected, but they’re definitely a little stiff and tight at first. Not bad overall, just not exactly the most comfortable right out of the box

"Return process brought back that old customer service frustration"
The glasses themselves were okay, nothing really wrong with them, but the return process was more frustrating than I expected. It reminded me of those times when you’re waiting around for an email and keep checking your inbox, just hoping someone finally gets back to you. It took a while to hear back, and the exchange details weren’t super clear, so I felt kind of stuck for a bit. I thought it would be smoother and easier

"The lenses went blurry way too fast"
I was really hoping these would work out, but the lenses got blurry after just one week. At first I thought, maybe it’s just me or I need to clean them better, but nope — they still looked bad. Disappointing.

"fit was Way too tight"
I really wanted to like these, but the frames pinched my nose bad. after about an hour they got uncomfortable and started to hurt, so I couldn't wear them for long...

"Annoying delays and useless tracking"
I ordered a pair of glasses and the whole process was just frustrating. I barely got any updates, and the tracking link sat there doing nothing for days. When I tried contacting support, I ended up waiting in a queue forever just to get vague answers that didn’t really help. I had to keep chasing them to find out where my order was. Definitely not an experience I’d want to repeat.

"Prescription seems wrong"
The glasses arrived quickly, which was nice, but the prescription in the lenses is definitely off. I compared them with my old pair, and these make everything look blurry, so I can’t wear them. I’m hoping this can be fixed, but if not, I’ll probably have to go somewhere else next time.

"Shipping Took way too long"
I ordered a pair of glasses thinking they’d show up in a normal amount of time, but wow the shipping was Slow. The tracking barely changed at all and it felt like the package just sat somewhere for days. By the time they finally got here, I was already annoyed. i don’t think I’ll order from here again.
